Sprinkle mixture on both sides of chicken breasts.

Heat butter and olive oil in skillet over medium high heat. Sautee chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side. Turn down heat, remove chicken and add lime juice and chicken broth to the pan, whisking up the browned bits from bottom of skillet. When the sauce is reduced (I like to reduce by half), return chicken to pan, thoroughly coat and serve.

We served it with roasted asparagus and fresh baby carrots with nutmeg. It's a good camping recipe, too!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19557970.post-1147900826802968062006-05-17T16:20:00.000-05:002006-05-17T16:20:00.000-05:00you should be soo.. proud.. dinner looked beautifu...you should be soo.. proud.. dinner looked beautifull and I think that is what we will have at our house tonight...solidarity is good expecially when it is tasty.. korinAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19557970.post-1147891667560503102006-05-17T13:47:00.000-05:002006-05-17T13:47:00.000-05:00My adorable middle son is now a busboy at a venera...My adorable middle son is now a busboy at a venerable NOLA institution (since 1913, so they say). He is having the time of his life and making pretty good money too. I am hopeful that he'll be able to pay his own rent for at least a few months until school starts back in the fall. Too bad he's allergic to shellfish.

Kudos to your ladies for sharing the cooking. It looks delicious.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19557970.post-1147890665536893362006-05-17T13:31:00.000-05:002006-05-17T13:31:00.000-05:00What, no recipe? What, no recipe?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
